Rollers & Sitters
Babies who are unable to sit unassisted (ages 2 - 6 months) are considered "Rollers". During this stage, your baby is more interactive with their surroundings, more likely to smile and coo. These sessions are very laid back, focusing on the variety of expressions your baby is now capable of making.
Once your baby can sit on their own, but not yet walking, they are considered a "Sitter". This starts anywhere between 7-8 months of age and opens the door for a larger variety of props that can be used and poses your baby is now capable of accomplishing during their session.
Milestone Sessions
These sessions are all about capturing the sweet milestones that happen in the first year of your baby's life! Grabbing their toes, giggling, putting anything and everything in their mouths, tummy time, sitting up, crawling, etc etc! My goal is to capture those precious details for you so that you have them for a lifetime!
Having Head Strength (3-4 Months)
Babies have uncurled and are starting to smile and interact. We are sometimes able to pose these babies if they sleep during their session, as well as capturing lovely awake shots including tummy time! Those first smiles are such a wonderful moment to capture! Around this time babies are just discovering their chubby little feet, grabbing them and putting them in their mouth
Sitting Up (7-9 months)
Babies may be sitting up or lifting themselves off the ground, this brings opportunities to pose them sitting in our vintage baskets or tin bath tub, these sessions are fun and focus on capturing the personality of your little one!
Standing, Cruising, Crawling (9-12 months)
Babies may be standing, cruising or crawling and their personality is really shining through! These sessions focus on celebrating your baby approaching their 1st Birthday, capturing them in their last months as a ‘baby’. We can also combine this Milestone Session with a Cake Smash OR Paint Smash photography session, please ask for details.
FAMILY & SIBLINGS
I can also capture beautiful sibling & family shots as part of our Milestone Sessions as standard if you wish (and breastfeeding too on request).All sessions are held at my home studio in Cambridge
Sessions Fees
A non refundable fee of £100 is required to secure your booking. Your session fee covers shoot time, my time and talent and retouching of your images from your portrait session. It is then deducted from your order. The session fee also includes a sneak peak image. No other professional print products or digital files are included in session fees unless specified
UPGRADE TO OUR 'BABY PLAN' PACKAGE
The Baby Plan is a special package which includes your choice of three separate photo shoots to capture unique stages of your baby's 1st year. You can choose from a Milestone, Cake Smash, Outdoor Family Session or any variety of these! We offer an amazing discount on your Session fees when booked together- Book three sessions for £200

WHAT TO HAVE ON HAND
Don’t forget to have nappies, wipes, burp-cloths, a blanket to keep the baby warm during set changes, a dummy, and anything you will need to feed the baby when needed. Don’t forget those little details! Make sure parent’s hands are manicured nicely if they will be in any shots, etc. Additional tips will be emailed before your session.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring all clothing and accessory options that you think might work and we can choose which will produce the best results. It may also be helpful to have your child’s favorites (book, toy, blanket, person, etc.) on hand as well as a non-messy snack and small drink to keep the baby content and smiling.
