Please Note: Depending how old your baby is when you start this package will depend on which 3 of the following sessions you receive.

So, If you start from the ‘Little Smilers’ Shoot you will have: Little Smilers, Sitters, Birthday Smash.

If you start from ‘Sitters’ you will have Sitters, Birthday Smash and Walking Family Session.

1.

Newborn or Little smilers

Your newborn portraits will be simple, natural, and timeless. The focus is your baby’s beautiful features. In addition to directed poses, I always incorporate natural, baby-led poses that show your baby’s unique personality and close-up images of details such as hands, feet, lips, and eyelashes so you can remember every tiny feature.

Sibling and family photos are also included OR For ‘Little Smilers’ come along At around 2-4 months your baby will be smiling and having their own little personality. Each image is edited by hand to make sure your baby looks as beautiful in print as she does when you look at her. A full newborn session lasts around 2 hours (occasionally longer) to make sure there is plenty of time for feeding, changing, and comforting your newborn.

The best time to photograph newborns is under 21 days when they are very sleepy and are flexible to curl up into those womb like poses you adore. Following your shoot you will recieve 2 digital images as part of your package from your session!

Sitter Session

These sessions are all about capturing the sweet milestones that happen in the first year of your baby's life! Grabbing their toes, giggling, putting anything and everything in their mouths, tummy time, sitting up, crawling, etc etc! My goal is to capture those precious details for you so that you have them for a lifetime!

Once your baby can sit on their own, but not yet walking, they are considered a "Sitter". This starts anywhere between 7-8 months of age and opens the door for a larger variety of props that can be used and poses your baby is now capable of accomplishing during their session.

Babies may be sitting up or lifting themselves off the ground, this brings opportunities to pose them sitting in our vintage baskets or tin bath tub, these sessions are fun and focus on capturing the personality of your little one! I have lots of props and outfits to style your photosession and you are very welcome to bring any personal items to create something extra special. Following your shoot you will recieve 2 digital images as part of your package from your session!

3. Birthday shoot

To celebrate your baby’s first birthday we will invite you back for your final session to get messy with a personalised birthday cake! A Cake Smash Session is a huge hit with babies and toddlers! Perfect for first, second and third Birthdays, your little one can not only eat the cake but smash it to bits! A Cake Smash produces brilliant photographs and is fantastically messy fun for all, but dont worry we also have the bath tub session to wash it all off and the babies love splashing about. Why not use the images on your Birthday Party invites?

Cake Smashing offers a unique way of celebrating your little one’s birthday. My cake smashing shoots are lots of fun and can be as messy as you want, but once you see the pictures you will be so glad you came!! Cake Smashing pictures are AMAZING!! The Client is fully involved with me, designing the theme, props and costumes to create the session of their dreams! Typically done when baby is 11 months old and session lasts around 45mins. Following your shoot you will recieve 2 digital images as part of your package from your session!

4. Walking Family shoot

To celebrate your baby’s graduation from a baby to being a toddler we will invite you back for your final session to capture those beautiful family moments outside with the family. We will capture the connection, fun and quirkiness of your family to capture some unique memoreis you will treasure forever. Immediate family only

Locations are all around Cambridge and the best times of year are Spring and Autumn to capture the soft beautiful light in the late afternoon or early morning. Typically done when baby is walking 12m-2yrs and session lasts around 45mins. Following your shoot you will recieve 2 digital images as part of your package from your session!
