Referral Program

As with many small businesses, my studio relies for the large part on word of mouth referrals from happy clients. I don't do a lot of print or online advertising because I believe that satisfied clients are the best advertisement in the world! Very many of you have already recommended me to family, friends and colleagues and I couldn't be more grateful. There is nothing nicer than when a new client walks through the door and says that I have been personally recommended to them - it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside! 

“We want to thank our amazing clients for telling their friends how much they enjoyed their experience at Victoria Sturdy Photography. So, we would like to give you something in return. To thank you for referring any friend who books a newborn or family photography session with us, we would like to offer you a £50 credit to spend on our products and services. You can use this credit on an updated portrait session of your family, or to order additional products from a past session. Simply pass your referral card to your friend and ask them to mention it when they contact us to book their session.”

As a big THANK YOU I am introducing a client referral scheme to which all my existing clients will automatically belong. Every time you refer a friendt to me, and they book a session you will receive a £50 print credit to spend on al a carte products, session fees, digital packages, ANYTHING at your next session with me. AND if you have more than one, you can combine them - no limits!! Your friend will also recieve the £50 print credit too. That's it! How easy is that?!!

TIPS FOR REFERRING YOUR FRIENDS
 

For newborns, we recommend your friends get in touch with us as soon as they receive your referral card. The best time to photograph newborn babies is between 6-10 days, and our sessions book up quite quickly in advance. Family sessions are great at any time of the year. Friends wanting a family portrait can contact us any time and we will work with them to find a suitable day. Your friend will receive a complimentary gift of a fine art print from their session, for booking on your referral.
 

LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQS

Your own credit can be used towards a new session and products, or to order additional products from your previous photography session. Credits
are not redeemable for cash.

You may combine your credits. For example, if 3 referred friends book with us, you’ll have £150 credit (3x £50) to use for yourself. Referral credits are valid for 12 MONTHS.

Credits are assigned to you on the date of your referred friend’s session with us.

The products and services available for your credit are our standard prices and products available at the time of redeeming your credit. We are always
happy to work with you to create a custom product if you have something particular in mind.
