Live Everybody Sling Dance Cambridge & Bedford

If you don't already know about it, I recently set up a pregnancy and new Mummy support group during the Coronavirus outbreak, which you can read about here. Within this I've set up virtual events so you don't miss out on your usual classes and appointments during this time, you can see all future upcoming events here.

Our 3rd online event was a live Everybody Sling dance session with Debi Sheridan from Everbody Sling Dance. 

Come along to Everybody Sling Dance to socialise with lots of other local mums and babies in a friendly atmosphere.
Enjoy baby wearing and a gentle workout at the same time. Please bring your own sling or carrier to class and enjoy bonding with your baby as you dance! No previous dance experience is necessary, just move, smile and have fun!
 

To attend the class you must be 6 weeks post delivery/10 weeks post c-section and feel confident to move around with your baby in your sling or carrier.
If you need sling advice please ask Debi, I am a trained Baby Wearing Peer Supporter with Born to Carry.

There is no maximum age for baby as long as you are happy to carry them in your sling!
Tandem wearing is more than welcome – double the workout! Or bring your toddler/preschooler to dance along side you.
Pregnant Ladies are also welcome to get some gentle exercise and meet other parents.

We dance for around 45 minutes and have a little social at the end of the class.
Bring water and dress appropriately for exercise.
