Live Antenatal Class with Sally-Ann Garbutt from The Daisy Foundation, Cambridge

If you don't already know about it, I recently set up a pregnancy and new Mummy support group during the Coronavirus outbreak, which you can read about here. Within this I've set up virtual events so you don't miss out on your usual classes and appointments during this time, you can see all future upcoming events here.

Our 1st online event was a live pregnancy antenatal class is with Sally-Ann Garbutt from The Daisy Foundation, Cambridge She'll not only be teaching the class focusing on soothing your baby when the are fussy and crying,  but also answering any questions you may have about calming yourself down and some holding positions that can can help you etc. So please do ask if you want more in depth info to what she's saying.

Sally will help soothe your baby's crying with some techniques and some different holding positions for you to try. All babies cry—and that is a good thing. How else would we know if our helpless infants were cold, hungry, lonely, or in pain?
